How Do Maintenance Request Work

All maintenance requests must be submitted through your Zillow tenant portal.

Response Timeline:

  • Emergency Issues: We will attempt to respond immediately.

  • All Other Requests: Reviewed within 24 hours and typically resolved within 3 business days.

PLEASE CALL US IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES

Examples of emergencies:

  • No heat (when temps are below 60°)

  • Active water leaks

  • Sewer backups

  • Gas smell

  • Electrical hazards

  • Fire or major safety issues
